My mother will be in london for less than 24 hours. what are the best things to see with such little time?

she's flying in tomorrow and will be there from 6 A.M to 6 P.M

I've never been but I have a whole list of things that seem fun... but she only has one day...

deff. the eiffel tower.

nd maybe the museum where the mona lisa and other paintings are kept.

nd a resturaunt. perhaps a famous park.

nd the big ben.

Take a round London Sight Seeing Tour which will point out all the main sights in London. Then after that she can choose from the Museums and maybe a trip on the London Eye. If she enjoys posh shops she could pop in the Harrods.

The London Eye, Buckingham Palace from the outside, Picadilly Square, Covent Garden and Westminster Abbey! They are the best places! Hope that helps!

Well it depends wht's on the list... There are some quite popular museums there, a fancy restaraunt might be good for lunch...

and maybe some sort of concert or show to finish it off.

PS According to the description she'll only be there 12 hours.

definelty the trocadero, piccadily square, and the tower of london. The london tooms are pretty cool.
