Question:

My motorbike suddenly stopped during a ride and i have pulled it apart and still cant find reason, any ideas?

  1. It's because it's broken.  Take it to a dealer.

    But seriously dude, give us a fighting chance and give us something to work on.  Bike make, model, age, mileage, cc, have you owned it from new, has it been serviced.  Give us about 100 words on what happened when it stopped.  What did you see, feel, hear, smell etc. What gear / revs were you in - was it raining, that kind of thing.

    Or, take it to a dealer. ;)

  3. Sounds like it ran out of gas... I would check that before pulling it apart...

  4. If it quit suddenly, with no missing, sputtering or expensive sounding noises, my first guess would be ignition failure. Have you checked to see if you have spark? If not your ignition module could have gone south.
