my phone (motorola razor v8)wont connect to the internet. i have downloaded the settings several times but it still wont work. it will also not work when i try to connect it to my computer. when i do connect it to my computer the message on the phone screen says 'the USB connection has been established. do not unplug this device during trnasfer' but the message on the motorola apllication on the pc says it cannot recognise a device.
