My mouse doesn't go on his wheel?

I have 2 mice, who are now in seperate cages do to fighting. One is a constant wheel runner, while the other will not use his wheel, and he is noticeably chubbier than my other boy. Soo...What should I do? I do not want my boy who does go on his wheel to get fat, any ideas? Thanks.

get a "ball" that they can run around in on the floor. Its very cute and really good exercise.

umm... he could smell the seant of another mice whoms hes afraid of. or its to high for him to reach, you did say he was chubby.
