  1. well that depends on you the male i had was in when she gave birth

don't go by that it depends on how the mouse is around her

some are nice some aren't so so nice to the girls

eventually i caught the male with her right after she gave birth so sadly he has been feed to the snake

they were feeders i also have a fancy who gave birth its up to you, and the personality of them

  2. I think you need to practice English.

Thanks for contributing to the overpopulation of domestic animals.

  3. You should call a vets office or pet store and ask if no one gives you any expert adivce... because he could kill the babies or something!

  4. Yes u will need to seperate thm as the mother becomes very protectfull and if the father goes near them there is a chance she will eat them.

  5. Do not leave the male with the female, she can get pregnant again soon after giving birth. Back to back pregnancies are very stressful and difficult for the female.

Why are you breeding? Think about it. Breeding is not a game... it's not a matter of just putting a male and female animal together. Mess with the wrong genes and breed the wrong animals and you could end up with some very sick babies. Do you know the mom and dad's genetic/health history at least three generations back? Pet store animals should never be bred, you know nothing about their health background. It doesn't matter if they seem healthy now or the vet gave them a clean bill of health... it's what's in their genes. There are more than enough small animals in shelters and rescues without more poorly bred ones being added to the overpopulation. There's a lot more to breeding responsibly than you might think. 6. I had some together, and I used to work at petco so we had that all the time, most of the time the male, or even the female or another female will eat the babies... I would separate them to be sure...

  7. I would definatly seperate the male from the female. Aside from the fact that she could get pregnant again she isnt going to want another around her babies. The male might eat them or kill them. Not to mention if mom gets stressed out she might even harm or kill the babies. My friends rat got so stressed out after she had hers she chewed all the babies legs and tails off. But be prepared mice are alot like rats and one of my rats had like 18 babies. Not to mention another one of my girls at one time had 16. Make sure after she has the litter you dont handle them till they have had there first feeding and watch her manorizums. Mother rats and mice are tigers sometimes when it comes to there young. So dont give her any opurtunity to bite you.
