My mouth hurts so bad!!?

I had to wear rubber bans on my braces last night, and now my teeth are killing me. I took the rubber bands off, but it isn't helping.

Just take some painkillers, the pain will wear off eventually.

same as previous posters said. just give it time, your teeth just aren't used to that kinda stress i'm assuming. i'm sure everyone who has to wear them go through the same thing.

I understand your teeth are hurting a lot because of the rubber bans but don't take them off if you can because your teeth need some time before the teeth starting to move.  If you take it out now then what you have gone though the night wearing the bands is all wasted.  Take some pain killer and it will go away in a couple of days or so.  Hope you will fell better.
