My mouth is still bleeding a little bit from where I had a wisdom tooth pulled about 8 hours ago?

I had it pulled about 9:00 this morning and it is now 5:00. It's not bleeding bad, just enough to still spot the gauze in my mouth. I've been changing the gauze like they told me to, but still spotting. Is that normal?

I just had some teeth pulled myself.

The sheet that the dentist gave me said that Oozing is common for the first 18 hours.

Sounds like you're oozing.

Hopefully you'll be all done by morning :)

Make sure  you don't start rinsing until 24 hours after it was removed.  Then you can rinse with warm salt water.

yes it is normal, It will supside. Are you rinsing your mouth?? This will help.

The same thing happened to me when I had my wisdom teeth pulled out. All 4 at the same time. It sucked, I remember it well, it was over my 25th birthday. It was fun. But I recovered fine, by the 3rd day all normal. Just had watch how and what I ate. Good luck.

did you put presure on it if you do that it should stop in a few minutes try that

Ur not supposed to pull out your teeth, your supposed to let it fall out naturally. Maybe you irritated the skin or teared some of it. But im not a denist sdo i say make a phone call to them or a vist!
