My mouth ulcers... i need your help!

Hey guys so sne i've been a kid i had thosever regularly in my mouth and they hurt so bad... if you have the same problem and know some mirace cure, please let me know, i am in pain, i know i write many stupid questions here but this one's serious!

I am a diabetic so I get them if I don't keep my blood sugars under control so I know how painful they are. What I found is that rinsing my mouth with peroxide (NEVER, EVER swallow it) for about 30 seconds helps them heal faster and keeps bacteria from causing more.

you really need a dentist advice to make it sure you use the right treatment.

make a mixture of sea salt and water and use it as mouth wash. or just get a little bit of the salt and put it directly onto the sore, it stings a little but do this  at least twice a day and brush and floss regularly and they should shrink down and disappear in a couple days.
