My mp3 player won't work!

Question

i bought an mp3 player in taiwan and brought it back to jakarta. when i tried it, nothing can be done. i can't format it, no file can be copied into it. the device have 2 mp3 files inside and it can be played and delated, but then now nothing else can be done. i've tried it on sony, nec, and hp, but none. the troubleshooter is not helping as well.

can anyone please help me?

Does it have a reset button somewhere? Look around all over it. It might be a tiny hole that you need to stick a needle in it to reset it. Try that.

I think it has conked. Try resetting it. Sorry! Nothing else can be done.
