she's probably been suffering with this for about 2 years now, she's not gettinng the migrains as much now only about once every 3 months.

she's had a ct scan, brain scan and nothing has come up.

and we haven't got any other idea what it could be,

we've also been to the dentist but they said nothing was wrong,

they also said it could be arthrightus in the jaw bone, our family has actually ran out of ideas of how to solve it,

any help yahoo people!!

thanks

  1. Same think happened to my best friends dad they did almost all of he tests available and nothing came up...they found out that it might be a type of cancer in i dont know where....but dont worry hunny dont get scared it might be something else....take it easy...good luck!

  2. Dentist?

I hope she gets well soon.xx

  3. doctors are horrible. now don't get me wrong, their great people, but someitmes they just don't know what their doing. i don't know about your mom and i'm really sorry to hear that. i wish her the best of luck. my neighbors sister had that problem and they found that she had a brain tumor. after doing more tests they found it wasn't a brain tumor at all. i mean, it's just horrible.

  4. I'm sorry for your mum, I wish I had a suggestion.  It sounds like she has a very kind, loving son, which helps any situation.

  5. sorry bout your mom, i hope she will get better soon, how about you family life, is there something bothering her? sorry for asking..

    god bless your mom

  6. umm jaw pains can be very serious... well u said u have been to the doctor and all umm go to www.webmd.com and put in her symptoms it might help u figure this out.  and i hope you mum gets better!!

  7. She has probably hit her jaw on something if that is so then maybe keeping you jaw closed ( don't mean to sound rude ) so it can heal if not then i dint know what is coursing it, probably just a natural thing

  8. I'm sorry to hear about your mom! My brother had this problem. He only went through it for about a year, though. He was finally correctly diagnosed as having "TMJ". It was from grinding his teeth at night (he didn't even know he did that!) He had surgery and the doctor sawed down some of his jaw bone and then wired his jaw shut (so it could heal properly). He is better now.  I'm leaving a link to an website that you may find more information about it and possibly identify some of your mom's symptoms.Good luck and I hope this helps!

  9. Have you considered looking into diet? and stress? Cut out all the sugary stuff, meat, etc. See if it still happens.

  10. see a dentist

  11. It sounds like stress, can be caused by lots of things,,, caffiene, sugar,,, work load, KIDS... stressful driving in traffic. Also relieved by many things, water instead of soda or coffee, eat better, less salt... quit your job, get rid of the kids.lol, ok seriously, keep your blood pressure down, lower the excitement level, maybe try YOGA. or listen to some calming music.

  12. sorry to hear but i would go to a different doc/nurse to get a second opinion, a similar thing happened with my mum.

  13. If she's having pain in her jaw it could be a cardiac issue (it can radiate to the teeth and jaw) Has that been ruled out already?

  14. sry to hear that... it sounds like it sucks!!

i might be completley off..but maybe an incorrect bite? my jaw was hurting me for awhile and it was because my bite was terrible so i had to get braces...

hope i helped. good luck :)

i hope ur mum gets better :D

  15. my mam used yo get really bad migraines - has she tried accupuncture?

  16. Has she tried going to the dentist?

Hope she gets this sorted out asap.
