My mum wants to kick me out of the house, i am 18 and in college is that legal?

What does being in college have anything to do with it?  You are leagally an adult so she can kick you out if she wants.  She is no longer "obligated" to care for you anymore.  That sounds horrible, but its true.  Did you do something wrong to be kicked out or did you just turn 18 and she washed her hands of you?

  8. Yeah, the others are correct. If you need money, try doing school just on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays or Tuesday/Thursday. Work as often as you can and take out student loans to pay for college. A lot of people do it and maybe your mom is trying to teach you independence (maybe the way she learned it?).
