My muscles are sore, what are some good stretches?

I did a lot of running at my soccer tryouts yesterday and i have to go again today in an hour and a half. My shoulders are very sore and so are my hips and thighs, what are some specific stretches i can do to make them less sore?

  1. uhm, running again can do you damage. But if you must go then start warming up your muscles, gently warm them up till you are ready to run again. Warming up will make the pain go once they are hot again.


  2. i play football and the first day of h**l week i felt extremely sore but if u keep working thm u wont feel as bad (i know i sounds weird but it actuall works)

  3. You may wish to try a hot shower or bath to lossen the muscles as stretching will iritate them more now they they are tender.
