  1. HA,Yes. I know this from My First day of MMA,it sucks, and if you train again (Mine is 3 days a week) and wake up the next day, your chest and all of your arms will hurt like h**l. Until you get used to it,but dont feel bad, your getting stronger.

  2. Drink plenty of fluid to help wash out the lactic acid that builds up in your muscles. Take some advil or alleve too when you go to bed at night. It will help. Once you get into fighting shape you'll stop getting sore.

  3. It's completely natural. Your muscles will get used to it but first off your muscles are tearing slightly. This is how muscles grow and strengthen, you need to tear them slightly then they repair and grow back stronger and bigger. It's a real crude way of putting it but sore muscles are a good thing. I still feel a little stiff after real hard sessions. You need to feel the pain to get the gain

  4. as long as you progress you will feel this. It is a good thing to be sore then you know you are becomming stronger. You'll always feel the soreness as you progress, it will bother you but you'll learn to lie with it in a couple weeks

  5. after about a few weeks or so but the first week after you start boxing its living hec I start for the season tomorrow its my third year and im gonna be in so much pain lol
