Get a nail polish remover which contains acetone. You also could use 100% acetone. That will definitely get it off..

its not that you need to soak in nail polish remover, it is that you need to soak them in a chemical in the remover that not all removers have. i think the chemical is acitone or sumthing like that. You can buy it at a canadian tire or a place like that.

Check the bottle of remover. If it's non-acetone, you probably need acetone nail polish remover (or vice versa).
