My nails are easily chipped and are always trannsparent-like.?

please help me! I can't grow my fingernails because they tear easily and i want to make them long and have them manicured...

Mine used to be like this and I used Prostrong stuff which worked for me. Here is something similar to what I used:

There are lots of products out there though and its best not to spend money when you don't need to.

If I were you I would cut them down very short and as they grow keep filing them to keep them neat. Moisturise them and use a nail hardener which you can get quite cheap.

Your diet can affect your nails so make sure you are getting enough calcium.

If you spend enough time on your nails eventually they will get stronger and you'll be able to grow them.

That happen to me too... What I do is that I make sure that there is a layer of hardener/ transparent nail polish on my nails
