Umm it maybe a fungus if it doesn'tclear up go to a doctor or just paint your nails! It coould be leftover from when you painted your nails last though! Like residue! Try using nail polish remover!!

Simple way to clean the dirty white in your nail, just go to fancy store near by you house and get the nail cleaner and clean the nail with cleaner it will get clean
