i have bought three other games and be in the middle of them and crash. if i keep having these problems i would like to have my money back or i just won't purchase any more of your games.

If you are talking about a Yahoo game, you probably need to send an email to the Yahoo people and let them know that there seems to be a problem.  However, the problem may be with your computer.  I am not very computer literate with things like that, but possibly you need more memory on your computer, or your internet connection may be too slow.  Those are two problems I know people have run into when downloading games.
