Proper names are not translated. They may just have different forms in languages, and these are not supposed to be used for other forms from other languages.

About Nadia, I have't seen any other forms of it, except for minor pronunciation differences in Russian vs Arabic or Spanish/Italian. (Bearing in mind that these three categories of languages have completely three different writing systems, so you can never compare their SPELLINGs for a same word!)

And about its origin, it's not Arabic, but maybe Old Semitic,...maybe!
