My nane raynell g. i was trying to find an answer to a question about insurance.?

kizzy told me to ask for a declaration, but when contacted the insurance co. they said they did'nt keep records after so many year's i need some HELP, because i did have insurance when i recived the ticket in '98'

insurance companies usually keep records back about 7 yrs. so its possible they may not have it now.  they should be able to provide you a letter showing the coverage when it was in force for that time period though it may take a while to get.

Hi Raynell,

If the insurance company doesn't have the Dec pages, call them back and ask them to send you something showing you had coverage in 1998 and what those coverages were. They have to have some kind of record. Then take that to the DMV and it should get cleared up.
