My nano just got wet

My nano just got wet in my pack [bottle water leak] as I was walking to my car. Happened about 1hour ago & I pulled it out right away. It did not stay soaked long, but bppears that some water got into power source - I tested by inserting corner of slip of paper - came back wet. I'm letting it dry out & menu functions are slowly coming back. Any recommendations?
