  1. no, i claim the ethnicity of the family that i grew up closer to.  it was my mom's and they were sicilian and german.  i don't tell too many people about the german side of it though because it is not exactly a glamorous nationality in my mind.  I do tell folks that I am Christian, though!

We are america baby!  You can be whatever you like!

  2. Your nationality is the country of which you are a citizen. If you were born in the United States and hold American citizenship, then your nationality is American.

  3. You probably get your tan skin from the indian side like I do. I can get in the sun for an hour and it looks like I've been out there a week.

If it were me, and this is just my opinion, when asked I would say part Italian and part (whatever tribe) Indian.  When I am asked I say German, Indian, English, and Scotch.  This covers most of them.

I lived in Naples for 4 years and would love to have some real Italian spagetti or pizza again.

  4. Nobody's going to audit you, so claim whatever you want to claim. It's your heritage and you can embrace it however you'd like.

  5. you should be proud of whatever nationalities your parents are 2 but it's okay 2 just say you're Italian i guess

  6. Your nationality is only one thing unless you have dual citizenship.  Nationality is not the same thing as ethnicity or ancestral heritage.  If you are an American citizen and don't have dual citizenship, your nationality is absolutely nothing but American.

  7. just say your american...you don't do anything italians do, do you? you weren't born there, were you?
