Question:

My naturally curly hair has become.. naturally straight O.o?

I straighten my hair about once or twice a week, have done so for the past.. 2 years or so? Well my hair is naturally really curly, and recently when I wash it the top layers have dried completely straight, and only underneath it's curly. Is it possible that it's slowly becoming naturally straight cause I straighten it too much? :/ And if so will it go back to its naturally curly state if I perhaps, not straighten it for a while?

Oh PS, are there any really good brands of thermal protection stuff I can use before straightening that anyone can recommend?

Thanks!

for thermal protection use a heat protection from Kerastase ( expensive )or loreal (cheaper )

  2. It's def possible.  One of my friends got a perm when she was thirteen and her hair has stayed curly since and we're in our 20's now.
