My daughter is 11 and loves her webkinz. She doesnt so much play with the stuffed animal but has a great time playing the games online and buying her "online" animals new clothes and rooms. They arent much really. You can get them at kbtoys hallmark and limited too..im sure other places but those for sure i know and we've never payed over 15.00 for one.

Why would you keep the stuffed animal??? That is part of the fun having the animal you play with on the net. My 10 years old daughter has 13 of them and loves all of them!

It's a small stuffed animal that comes with a code that can be registered on the Webkinz site. Your niece can play games to earn cash to take care of the pet. She needs to have access to a computer.....you might want to check with the parents. They otherwise make a nice stuffed animal toy.

Their usually carried by Hallmark stores at about $10-20.

They are cute little fuzzy animals, they take a code and put it on the internet and take care of it. My 5 year old son has one.  I got it at KB toys for 15 dollars.

Okay...A webkinz SUCK when u play over like a year or about a couple of months.

BUT, a Webkinz, is a plush toy animal that has a tag that has a code in it. U go to Webkinz.com( http://www.webkinz.com/us_en/ ) and then u click play or something then u register with the code. Next, u have rooms. U play games to earn money. U have a clinic to check the plush up. U get to give it a bath....n stuff.

Its depends on how big the Webkinz is. If, its a lil kinz its about $6.99 or something but its its a Big Kinz then about $7.99 & up. If u need anymore information just email me. Good Luck. BTW, I had some n it was soooo boring afterwards. But Have fun! (mine expired, hehe)

There are Webkinz & Lil Kinz.  They are stuffed animals, one is bigger than the other.  The small ones are approximately $8.00 & the larger ones can go up to $20.00 depending on how popular they are.  Some stores price gouge so shop around.  The local Shop Rite sells them.

You register your pet by logging on to www.Webkinz.com  and entering their secret code (in the tag).  You adopt your pet to make it yours & give it a name, choosing boy or girl.  You take care of them by giving them love, exercise & food daily.  It teaches responsibility in a funny kind of way.  They start you off with KinzCash which is like virtual money.  You decorate rooms for them & buy them food.  You earn KinzCash in many different ways.  Bottom line is it teaches the kids so much & is well worth the money.  Your free registration is good for 1 year.  If you’re worried about safety you shouldn’t be.  It’s a kid safe online interactive environment that is age appropriate.  There is an area called Quizzy’s Corner & my daughter has learned so much from the questions, math, science, etc.  They love it.  The games make them think quicker, improves finger dexterity (typing game) etc.  Visit the Webkinz.com site before making the purchase to read about it ….Knowledge is Power

They are stuffed animals that you put on line and you play games and buy stuff for. I have five and they are awesome. They have lil kinz thought that at hallmark are 10 dollars than 15 at cracker barrell the webkinz are only 13. And you should let her have it. She'll love to show her friends!

The Webkin site is very safe and is really cute.  My daughter plays on it and meets up with her friends.  I would suggest going to the Webkins website http://www.webkinz.com/us_en/

On that page you will see a link for a store locator that will help you find Webkins close to where you live.  I have seen the little ones range from $7-$10 and the bigger ones from $12.99 and up. You really get a big bang for your buck with those things, not only do you get a cute stuffed animal but a code that allows you to play with that animal online.   By the way, she would love to have the code from yours if you buy one because that would allow her to have two of them to play with and they can interact!
