  1. Well, it depends on where you are from. If you are in the United States, it is illegal almost everywhere so all you have to do is call the police. If you are from somewhere else, I don't know, you'll have to check out some other advice. Here in the US, it is illegal to sunbathe nude almost everywhere. There are a few nude beaches, but not many. And public nakedness is grounds for arrest pretty much everywhere else, even if you are on your own property.

  2. You can report her to the police.  This is considered "indecent exposure."  You could send her an annonymous letter first to let her know she is disturbing her neighbors with her nudity.

  3. ghostbusters!

  4. Call the city hall and ask about public nudity and see what they say. They may tell you to call the cops.I think there is a place for everything and nudity is one of them......

  5. She's not hurting anyone.  She's ate her back yard, y'know?  In fact, you could share it all with us, uploading a nice vid at Youtube.  Only if (and ONLY if) she's a nice pretty woman in her mid 30's.

  6. well honey if she is in her yard you should simply not look.  if it really really bothers you then you should just let her know that you can see her while she sunbathes and ask her nicely to maybe move to another corner of the yard where you can't see her or something like that.

  7. Don't look.

  8. Keep a barf bag closeby.

  9. Video tape and start a pay-per-view website....

  10. Set up chairs in your bedroom and charge a couple of bucks for us boys so we can get a glimpse of this beauty. If she's ugly, stay away from the window and close the shop.

  11. Is she being sexual in any way or just laying there sunbathing?  If she's being sexual, then you have a valid complaint and could follow up with local authorities.  However, if she's just sunbathing, close your drapes and let her be.  She's not hurting anyone and nude at home is not a crime.

  12. Close your curtains and give her the privacy she deserves in her own yard.

  13. If it's only you, let her be. If there are other people, kids, husband in your room, then tell her about it.

  14. She may not know you can see her, so letting her know might change her behavior. But if she is on her own property, I don't think you can do anything about it.

Does she have a fence? Can you see her from the street?

If you can only see from your bedroom window (second floor?)  then it's not in public; hence not illegal.

  15. Lmao! i think thats quite funny but what a sight!

i say go over and have words.. hav u spoke to any of ur other neibours that have the same problem?

BUT its her garden and home soo..

    lol

  16. If her yard is fenced in, what she is doing is technically legal.  I would suggest that you either talk to her, or put some light filtering blinds on your window and keep them closed.

  17. Have you tried telling her that her activities in her yard are visable by you? Or you could open your window and scream "put some clothes on"!  Then again you can close the drapes and ignore her.

Now you and I can trade homes for the summer! LOL

  18. Look the other way?

  19. Ignore her.  It's her own yard, and she's not hurting anyone.

  20. Some wise person once said, "Live and let live". -- good advice for our present contentious times.

  21. Draw a picture of a hot nude guy sunbating right where she usually does on her window... Seriously, I don't think there is anything you can do really, if it is really upsetting you have a quiet word, but if she doesn't want to stop, but otherwise :S

  22. YOU BEING A LADY IT'S OK?

TELL HER YOUR HUSBAND IS COMING OUT " YELL FOR HER? SHE WILL RUN IN?

  23. you could speak with her about it. I don't think she is violating any rules.. she is home, in her backyard and generally hidden from view. but if it bothers you, you should go over to her home and discuss your concerns.

  24. If you think you're Bi (profile) why does it bother you? Go talk to her about it.

  25. You might consider telling this woman that her activity is plainly visible to you and she might be embarrassed and then stop or she might not care and continue.

IF this bothers you then you could simply look the other way OR if you can not look the other way you could just ask her to stop.

IF she is in public then this violates "public decency" laws.

IF she is good looking you could just enjoy the free show or get a pair of binoculars and charge admission.

  26. Ask her if she would like some company and offer to bring the sunscreen.

There is nothing wrong with nudity, but there is plenty wrong with skin cancer.

  27. Talk to her about it. It's not her "right" that she can do this if other people can see her. For example, if you had a child over at your house they would be able to see it and that's wrong.

Let her know tactfully that it's visible from your window. You could say it's nothing personal, but it makes you feel ike you're invading her privacy, or that it makes you uncomfortable to be in your bedroom.

If it persists the police would take care of it, but hopefully it won't amount to this as it would create conflict with your neighbours.
