  1. Well, you can't block her in or out, but neither can she. The best way to resolve the issue is to have the property surveyed.

  2. well, thats ridicoulous, u share a driveway but ur not allowed to park there? WTF!? doesnt makes sense. You go on and park their!

Ask her why u cantpark there

  3. Tell her she can't park in there. As long as you are not blocking her right of way you can. Let her know that she is not the boss, and why would you listen to her when you don't even listen to your spouse.

  4. Tell her to shove off. If it's SHARED she can't tell you what you can and can not do.

  5. Not enough information.  "Park in there" as in block her from traveling through or "Park in there" and enough room for her to drive by?  If the former she has a point, if the later ignore her.  Further if it is shared, you either rent in which case tell her to take it up with the owner, or if you own, there will be an easement in your deed

  6. Tell her you can.  I said it's OK.

  7. If it is shared, then neither party can park there so as to block the ingress and egress of the other party. If a car can be parked on the driveway so as to not block the path of another vehicle, then there is no reason you cannot park there.

  8. Share being the key word.
