  1. Call your local city hall or municipal building & they will connect you to the right party to talk to. I wouldn't like to put up with that situation either, especially in the summer.

    Hi, from Myrtle Beach

  2. your neighbor hood is zoned :( so sorry theres nothing you can do about it :( but hey! you can try to talk to your neighbors?

  3. first I would find out how your neighbor hood is zoned. Are they even alowed to keep chickens there? Than if they keep those birds clean they shouldn't stink call the humane society and have them investigate. Also with the birdflue, keeping chickens, you have to have all sorts of permits I really would check into that. Good luck.

  4. If you'd like to be friends with your neighbor, ask them if they sell the bird droppings for fertilizer.  They just might need the idea planted that they can make money to get them to clean up.  Bird droppings are some of the best fertilizer on Earth.  You might want some if you have a garden.  Just make sure to cover it with dirt to prevent the smell while it decomposes.  The noisy birds are probably Guineas, they sound like a New Years Party ratchet.

  5. local sheriff, SPCA, Dept. of Agriculture.
