My neighbor has put human f***s in my garden Is this assult?

She has also poured urine on front stoop.Is this assault?Yes she has mantel problems but I have rights too.What can I do to to stop this.It has been going on for 3yrs because of her mantel state they do nothing.

No but it is against most anti dumping statues. Keep filing complaints so that you create a file in the system of this person's delinquencies so that

if something more dramatic happens you have a record in your favor.  At the least you can say, " I told you so."

nope assault is causing you physical harm and shes not.

file a complaint with your police and set up cameras to catch her

I would charge her with Trespassing and Destruction of private property and s***w her mental health issues.

I wouldn't act like I even knew or cared...citizens--crazy or not--are legally responsible for their actions--and the District Attorney's office should prosecute.

Go to the Magistrate's Office and file a criminal complaint and let the judge decide.

Cops are not the ones who decide to arrest someone or not--it's the DA's job.

Protect yourself and go downtown today.

I would also suggest setting up surveillance cameras and film her violating your rights as evidence it is her.

Do not call the cops--they can't help you!!

Just go and see the Magistrate--he/she will help you.
