My neighbor thinks he's Batman?

My neighbor is quite weird. He dresses up in a Batman suit and goes out every night to fight crime. He's already been caught five times and brought home by the police to his wife.

Should I call his psychiatrist and tell him? I think he knows, because he dresses up as the Riddler in their therapy sessions.

Hah..You should go see the psychiatrist to tell him about it, and while your at it why dont you dress as Robin?

yes or call your cities local umm psychiatric ward maybe they can have him stay for a while and get him the help he needs.

No, I'm sure that his psychiatrist already knows.  He sounds like someone who was raised in an unpleasant environment that was not suitable for children, and did not get enough attention from an often absent father.  Life is full of sorrow, no?
