  1. This is a powdery looking covering, usually first seen on young leaves and flower stalks. It will rapidly spread over the whole plant and onto adjoining plants. It is not fatal but a heavy attack will distort foliage and flowers and it is very unsightly. Spray at first signs with fungicides listed for black spot. In the winter spray the bed where the plants were.

    I'm not going to guess which one you have.  Remember, fungicides work better as a preventative, not a cure.  Applied now you might be able to r****d the spread.  Next year apply before symptoms appear.

  3. They shouldn't die but they won't look as good.  There are chemicals that control diseases on plants which you can find on Lowes.
