  1. Ring the police for advice or ask your neighbours innocently "have you seen anybody scratch my car?" and tell them you have informed the police .

  2. Do other neighbours get the same thing when they park there? I'd ask around. If it's an area difficult to find parking spaces it would be really unfair for anyone to get away with this sort of intimidation. Ask the police for advice.

  3. Phone the cops,But you will need proof of it.

  4. until you have proof theres not much you can do ......ask  a few other neighbours if they have had anything like this happen to them they might have the same theory as you.... then you go straight to the cops

  5. try to catch them at it. I have the same problem right now. I have a new car, first I've ever owned. And the jerks across the street are jealous and petty. I've been keyed 3 x's already. And they lift the car cover to do it. If you catch them or get somebody that has seen them doing it, sue them!

  6. Unless you have real evidence rather than a gut feeling it is them the police cannot do anything. You could try to catch them doing it but camera evidence would be the best way of getting them prosecuted. Without evidence there is nothing the police can do, even if you know it is them.

  7. You will need proof that it's them, but I would still report it to the Police and try and find somewhere else to park

  8. Knee cap them.

  9. **** through their letterbox

  10. Bash in all their car windows.  Pop all their tires.  Spray paint their front door and their cat.  U can blow up their mailbox too if u want to be crazy about it.  it's up to you.

  11. Call the police over the damage.

You should stop parking outside their house.

  12. Get into photography.

  13. Next time it happens, leave some anti-freeze out in a pet bowl on their property. j/k

  14. only involve the police if you have evidence, purchace a video camera if you have,nt got one and take the time to get the evidence, then confront your neighbour letting them know you have evidence of them doing it and ask them to stop if that fails call in the police and give them a copy of  the evidence always keep the original

  15. Go to Radio Shack - they will have a camera you can put in your car - it can take pictures of any damage they do. Then you can call the cops-- with proof.

  16. But tax and MOT a wreck park it outside with a notice on it saying.

Now wreck this you b******s. it won't work but it will cause them a h**l of a lot of inconvenience

  17. park somewhere else

  18. If you can categorically say that your neighbours are responsible for causing damage to your car and you are prepared to go to Court if necessary then report it.  This is an offence of criminal damage.

If however you don't want to go to Court it may still be worth reporting it, as the Police may be able to assist you in some form of local resolution or by advising your neighbours about their behaviour.  This advice could include pointing out their childish and petty behaviour about where everyone parks their car, something that I would certainly be happy to do.

Everyone likes to park in front of their own house and in most places it’s an unwritten rule/local agreement that this is what happens.  However, if a car is taxed and road legal then it can be parked anywhere on a road providing the positioning of the vehicle is done lawfully in respect of parking restrictions and obstruction offences.

  19. If you have proof I would call the police and report the damage and hopefully they will visit the culprits and give them a warning. Continue until something positive is done to stop those b******s causing damage to your car.

  20. the only thing you can do is video them in the act and then get the police involved, without you seeing them or having them on camera doing it the police wont take action

  21. I'd stop parking outside their house.

  22. Even though you are parking in front of their house, they are not allowed to "key"your car. Only if you have absolute proof that it's them, you can then approach the police who will be able to intervene. Sometimes it's easier to try the friendly approach with your neighbours. Maybe you could explain to them that when you park there, it's not to annoy them but it's the only space available at the time. Ironing silly problems out with neighbours is a great way forward. Things usually become far worse after you involve the police!!!

  23. too right, thats disgusting if they have a problem with you parking on their front then they should pull you,id be furious and watching very closely indeed ,in fact id knock on thier door politely and say  " i hope you dont mind me parking on your front i hope theres no problem " and then see their reaction to it, see if they look guilty  you may have to prove it sadly
