My neopet looks sad,why?

I logged on today,they all looked said.I don't know why.I got a new pet and they all looked sad,but they were sad before,but my new pet wasn't sad.I put one of my sad pets in the lodge,it showed up on my pet's page that he was happy.I gave the sad ones potions,food,toys,nothing wroked!Any ideas?

It's probably sick. go to the quick ref section and see what illness it has (if it has one). then click to hospital link to find the cure. after that, try to find the cure on the shop wizard, trading post, or aution center.

Maybe becuase you havent been feeding them or playing games with them. Or they could be sick and you aren't buying the cure for it. It could be a whole bunch of things.
