  1. well he is third in line to pay the taxes!

  2. The title "Duke" is only inherited by the eldest son in the family, so if the eldest son dies before the father, than it goes to his second eldest son and so forth.

If your nephew's uncle is third in line, that makes your nephew's father and your nephew even further back in line for any inheritance and title.

In addition, if the Barry Castle was privately purchased from another land owner than it does not make its current owners and their descendants "royalty". Any millionaires could buy themselves a castle, but that does not mean they are

    "aristocrats."

It possible that any castles could once belonged to a Duke, an Earl and maybe a Lord, however, they could have sold their properties and mansions to private owners. But when they sold their property, they obviously did not sell their titles too!

  3. Not unless he's directly descended from one, no

  4. not unless he is related to royalty
