He was charged with 2 felonies (F4), his attorney managed to get him released because he was tasered 6 times and he was basically unconscous when they found him (they called it excessive)-you think?, he did not have a court hearing, but is being processed out tommorrow. He has no I.D. or money ( his wallet was at the hotel with his friend) he was passing through and got a raw deal. Just wondering if they release him on the streeets without I,D. or do they give him a phone call, some sort of money, bus ticket, etc. His whole family is from New York and we can't even get a definate time for him processing out tommorrow? Any help will be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  1. I'm from ca. so i don't know how much i can help! generally prisoners are released in the early morning hrs after the bars close!! So places will give him a bus ticket ! most wont so he my well be on his own!! If he talks to an officer he may be directed to some where he can get some help! [church's etc.] good luck!!
