put the doritos high up so he cant get to them or tell ur brother/sister(his mum or dad) what he keeps doing>>!

If he's young, and your tank is small; wrap a long cloth around the lid and bottom of the tank affixing a sheet of plastic with some breather holes.

Why Don't you tell him or her nicely to stop doing it. If him or her keeps doing it. Tell them "if it dies, you're going to buy me a new fish" or just keep him away from that area

How old is he? If he is young enough to spank spank his butt and take away all his fish privledges. If he is old enough make him clean your fish tank out everytime he wants to feed the fish doritos and buy you new fish if he harms yours.
