I have found several news articles for you that blame 'hoon driving' for the crash, was your nephew driving the car?

I don't think many other people will answer this question as it is too specific to you, I would suggest you go to the scene of the accident and question people who may have seen the crash or post flyers asking anyone to call you if they have information.
