  1. When my niece was two, she used to pick fuzzies off of her blankie, and then put them up her nose, and later, they would just all blow out.  No one could ever figure out why she did it, but it never hurt her.  As long as he's not eating the fuzzies, he should be fine.

  2. OMG!! My son does the same thing!!!! I thought it was a little weird..lol he picked like all of the fuzz off of his teddy bear's ears...and his blankie...but he puts it in his mouth for some reason till it gets soggy then spits it out....lol I have no clue why.

  3. They all do it, they just stop at one point. My 9 month old pick and pulls fuzz off his diapers LOL. He always picks a pulls at a few strings of carpet that are frayed. They will eventually stop, I think its just amazment & exploration for them.

  4. Its just a baby being a baby. :) in their head, they think they are doing something productive. my daughter picks fuzzies, string, bits of paper and puts them on a coffee table to inspect them, like she just discovered something amazing. He is just thinking something totally different, and it seems logical to him. although its sounds abnormal, those with toddlers know its very normal! :P you can tell him "don't do that! here, its trash, put it in  the trash" and direct him to the can.  then maybe, you'll actually end up getting a little cleaning done as well! hehe. :)
