  1. They have video. If there is a question or was a question, I don't believe they would have made it out the door.

  2. ur fine just dont talk about it they woulda found you by now

  3. $2500 is nothing. imho, they only check on amounts 10k or over since the IRS will be involved.

  4. They sure can and it's all on tape. Did you leave the casino right after or did you fill out tax documents? If you filled out tax documents and for some reason they look at the tape, you could get in big trouble, besides having to give the money back.

On the other hand, 2500 isn't a lot of money to the casino so you should be okay. Why is your underage nephew playing slots anyway?

  5. Yes that happened to my cousin and his dad, my cousin got caught and my uncle had to return the money.

  6. It's unlikely the casino is going to even care over such a small amount.

The attendant would have come over, taken the father's ID, made him sign an IRS form, and given him the money.

Unless the machine showed signs of being tampered with, or some other foul play or suspicious circumstance, it's unlikely they would have reviewed the tape.

Even if they did later review the tape, it is unlikely they would take action over such a small amount of money.  If they took legal action they would have to admit that their security protocols had failed and they had illegally allowed a minor to illegally play one of their machines.

All in all, I'd say they got away with their crime.  Too bad your nephew's father is setting such a bad example for his child.  Teaching a minor that breaking the law and profiting from it is a good idea is hardly a great lesson to teach.

  7. How did a minor get into the casino?  Every casino that I know  of checks id's.  I have even been id'd and I am well  over legal age.

Nothing will probably come of it, if you were paid.  I am pretty sure the casino would not want to be cited for allowing minors to play.

Maybe since you have  broadcasted, hopefully some of their security  team will be beefed up and not allow minors into such an establishment.
