  1. Restart your PC. And check for viruses aswell. And get Mozilla Firefox it doesn't crash as much as Internet Explorer.

  2. What do you mean by Network Browser?  Do you mean Internet Browser?  What one do you use at the moment?  Internet Explorer?  I strongly recommend Firefox 3.  It is free and very fast with thousands of fantastic add-ons avaliable.

I find IE very slow and bloated and if I ask it to do about 3 things at once it freezes where as I don't have this trouble from FF.  IE is good for downloading music and a couple of things so I would keep it but use FF for mainstream.

    Hope this helped!

  3. I'm going to assume you mean web browser. Since IE(Internet Explorer) is pretty common among people who can't answer that question themselves.

You probably downloaded some software that conflicts with IEs already faulty software. Download Firefox and see if that works. If it does, re-install IE if you prefer that browser.

If not, be a little more specific with your question.
