My new DTV stopped working, Walmart will not replace?

My new $52 DTV from Walmart stopped working after 2 days. I took it back to Walmart and they said it is their policy not to replace the DTV tuners because the $40 DTV-2009 coupon was used. The rude manager told me that I am stuck with it. They told me to contact the manufacturer! Other than a BBB complain, what can I do?

they should replace with recipt by the way did you get insurance and trying going to a different walmart
