My new P.C. has none of the stuff from the old P.C. Help?! Thank you

we got an new computer and all of my favorites, addresses and desktop icons are gone. Any suggestions?

You need to install the programs for the desktop icons to appear.  It might be that the shortcut for the program just wasn't put on the desktop.  In that case, find the program by clicking on the start button and then clicking on the programs button.  If you find the program you want, create a shortcut on your desktop.  If the program isn't there you  need to install it.  You can copy your favorites and addresses from your old computer and put them on your new one.  

If you don't know how to do this maybe you have a friend or relative that does.  It'd be a bit much to try and explain how in Answers.  Otherwise, the place you bought your new computer from might do this for you.
