My new Tech Deck lost its grip???

Is that even possible??? I just got a new TD yesterday, and its grip is worse than my other new one.(They came in a bonus pack) Is their anyway to fix this???? Could putting it in the freezer or fridge help???? I don't know.... I just thought of that. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I did spill some tea on it, but not a lot. Could that be a problem.

P.P.S. Anyway to fix this???????
