My new blog name is "India-legal. How can I enter into my site on web search?

Newly created google blogger address is India-legal. On my several search, the engine states that there is no such blogger address like " India-legal.blogspot.com ". But my blogger is still alive with my google account. Can I see my blogger in the web site?
