My new cell phone receives y-alerts that I did not order. I can not get them to stop. HELP!?

I have replied "STOP" and "QUIT" neither have stopped the y-alerts. these cost on my cell phone and I do not want them, but I do want my text mess capabiable

  2. You should sign into ur yahoo account, and set ur status to off for deactive the yahoo alerts function.

  3. This is normally some kind of subscription. I would call my service provider and ask them to cancel this. If they are not able to, they should be able to direct you to the website or number that you could contact and have this cancelled.

  5. Contact your phone company for guidance on what to do about this.
