new fuel filter new carb new spark plug New gas top quality 90 new gas can, has good vacuum full tank starter is spinning or slipping intermitenly, making me nutso my mechanic says hes sick of trying he owns a suzuki

Sounds like the idle mix is not set properly.

If your starter is doing what I think it is it may be that the battery is low. Take it out and recharge.

well its sounds like your low on tail light fluid. or maybe its a loose mufler chain!
