My new compter will not work with sprint internet card?

I have just purchased an Acer 4420 (with vista). I use Sprint for internet service. I had to upgrade the Sprint software when I got the new computer. The software is Sprint Sierra Compass 597 USB. The computer installs the software then reboots. When the computer restarts the mouse pad and keyboard are frozen. I can plug in a USB mouse and keyboard. PLEASE HELP :0(

I'm not sure what could  be happening with that u should call sprint and ask wat could be causing that i have sprint internet and it goes through a wireless router and we have no troubles u should try not using the software
