My new shower makes buzzing noise,why?

just put in new electric shower and the water heats up and flows but the unit is making quite a loud buzzing noise. have called manufacturer and the unit shouldnt make a noise. whats wrong with shower please.

  1. the nozzle might not be tight enough ... try s******g it on tighter


  2. It coudl be water hammer, you said its new so i'm maybe assuing bath remodel? perhaps they forgot to secure the plumbing.

       If it continues, loosen up the shower head and clean it out, if that dont work totally replace the shower head. Did it solve your issue? if not then it must be the electric shower.



            

  3. Is the unit vibrating against some thing?  Why would you want an electric shower?

  4. it may be the copper supply pipes, that are not secured to the studs so they vibrate and create noise. or it could be your faucet

  5. Killer bees, killer bees!!!!! LOL  The manufacturer must be called upon to make it right!  Replace the unit!  It sounds like a bad connection (loose) or some other component of the unit is loose and vibrating.  Make sure they stand behind their work!
