  2. Buy an amp?

  3. Find an amp that matches the recommended RMS power with the ohm load the sub will have on the amp.

    More here http://spkrbox1.spaces.live.com

  4. If thats what EACH sub recommends then get a 500 watt rms amp.....You must determine at what ohm you will be running.

To determine what amp to buy.To figure this out you need to mention what each sub's ohm ratings are.It will usually say on the back of the woofer and on the manual sheet. Then go here and use the  woofwer wiring wizard.  http://rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/woofer...

Most people do a 2 ohm set up with a mono amp OR a 1 ohm set up with a mono amp.

If it was me,I would stick with a 2 ohm mono load so if the subs are single voice coil 4 ohms you could make it work or dual voicecoil 4 ohm

So the amp would be a 500watt RMS X 1 @ 2 ohms......Always go by RMS rating and not max or peak ratings.
