My new website. Rate it!?

I have made a new website on water rockets. It contains unuiqe design and my own new staging mechanism. It is still under heavy construction. Visit it at ageofwaterrockets.synthasite.co.za and rate it and say what you want me to add. The web name has now www. or any thing like that. It is the web address up there.

I am just confused about everything here. I went to the site and its blank, ya man totally blank!

If it is construction I guess it doesn't exist meaning its not really a website.
