My next door neighbors sell and smoke canibis to the extent my house reeks of the stuff i wont to no effects ?

i wont to no if this could harm my grandchildren by inhaling it because the house and garden just reeks of the stuff

If you can smell it, you are inhaling it.  If it's constant, then you are basically smoking weed all the time.

Same effects as smoking it although the "diluted" amount would be less than smoking a joint for a short time.  However, if it's always there, the effects add up to be MORE than just smoking one joint.

As far as the harmful effects this could cause, think of second hand smoke from a cigarette.  It will be about as harmful as that.  If your grandchildren are asthmatic then the effects could be devastating, the same would happen if a child with asthma were around a chain smoker.
