Question:

My next door neighbour has turned my back garden into a dump...?

She keeps chucking her rubbish into my back garden and is now charging other people money to dump their stuff there too. I am slighly fearful of my neighbour and am too scared to say anything to her about it, so I just sit in my living room watching my garden pile up with mess through the window - watching random strangers come and go, leaving dirty nappies, mouldy food and the bodies of their dead pets among my once beautiful shrubbery.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do about this. I am not violent so please don't suggest that I attack her in the night or anything.

Any help will be appreciated.

  1. report her to the local council

  2. Council, Police, and perhaps you could set up a local community scheme. Failing that a sudden interest in death metal may help, especially if you are "hard of hearing" requiring you to play at a loud volume? And it can't be helped if your death metal addiction is at its height at 3am-6am now can it?

  3. This is most likely in violation of an ordnance where ever you live. You could be held responsible for the clean up and given 30 days to do so. You need to teach these people how to treat you or not treat you. You have taught them to disrespect you and your property, and now sooner or later the financial responsibility for clean up is on you. You need to start by getting no trespassing signs and no dumping sign-( Maybe one that says all violators will be prosecuted). Then you need to start confronting these people  or call the police when they trespass - make sure you write down persons description as well as the vehicle and license plate in case they leave before police arrive.Keep records for future references  - getting this an camera-video  will help. This is considered a nuisance of smell and sight, allowing mosquitoes and flies, mice and rats ect.. to be drawn in. You and your property deserve   RESPECT.

  4. go round and tell ur next door neighbour 2 p**s off

  5. Tell the council?

    Tell the police?

  6. Initially, contact your local council about the problem, they will advise any next steps you can take.

  7. Call the council, or just sh*t on Her doorstep, the dirty b*tch.

  8. I cant believe you are letting this go on. Report to the police immediately.

Take pictures of it happening as proof if you can.

  9. phone the police and get it stopped.

  10. ring your local council and say what she is doing. you dont have to put up with this. what would happen if you had kids? they would get ill surely

  11. Tell your local form of government

  12. the police, council and environmental folk must all be told - you do not have to tolerate such abuse - possibly someone you know could catch this on camera    good luck
